i ve been reading with interest this whole debate here and elsewhere.simply i cant understand why its one rule for the police and cps.........and one for others e g if the court ordered docs to be produced, and the person etc refused.well...........it would be contempt or perverting justice.............a current FAVORITE OF PROSECUTORS.but when itsthe other way round NOTHING............all this is the trouble when any body of people invesigate themselves.do you all remember 20 years ago aprox.CPS FORMED to get a body to prosecute INDEPENDANTLY FROM POLICE..............ALL THIS WILL CONTINUE UNTIL 100% DISCLOSURE happens in all cases..MAKES a mockery of the truth, whole truth and nothing but the truth...more like the HOLE TRUTH .ESSEX POLICE ARE CURRENTLY....................PERVERTING COURSE OF JUSTICE both this case and the other SCANDAL OF TWO MEN IMPRISONED FOR RANGE ROVER SHOOTING...........another case where vital facts kept from both the jury and subsquent DEFENCE teams .ask yourself WHY??????????????????????? essex colin
