What time did Sheila Caffell die?

It was an accepted fact during Bambers 1986, trial that If Bamber killed Sheila, she would have had to have been killed before 3am that morning, so it would be unlikely that blood would still be running and leaking and pouring out from the two wounds upon her neck at around 10 O'clock that morning, when PC Bird (SOC) started to take his crime scene pictures?

Did Sheila die, after armed police had entered the farmhouse, at 7:30am?

Was Sheila Caffell, still barely alive, at the time PC Bird (SOC), took the crucial photographs ?
