Police vehicle CA05 was dispatched to attend the scene at whf, at 3:36am, the same time that Jeremy Bamber made his call to the police (3:36am)...
It took CA05, some 47 minutes before it arrived at the scene (arriving there at 4:23am)...
Contrary to popular belief, that the police who responded to Jeremy's call overtook him en route to the scene, this is not strictly true, since, the police car which did overtake Jeremy en route to the scene (CA07) had been dispatched to attend the scene, before Jeremy had even made his call to the police...
CA07 was responding to a call made to the police by Ralph Bamber, at 3:26am - hence the reason why CA07 was dispatched to the scene even before Jeremy made his call to the police at 3:36am...
If the police (CA07) were dispatched to attend the scene at whf before Jeremy made is call to the police at 3:36am, then of course, Jeremy could not be responsible for shooting and killing Ralph Bamber by that stage, because to all intents and purposes he was still very much alive at that time... |
