The contents of the Dickinson Report were deliberately introduced as part of a smoke screen to deflect attention away from the fact that Sheila's body had originally been found downstairs at the scene upon entry to the premises by armed police officers...

To this end, Dickinson, altered the alleged time of entry into the premises, from 7:30am, to 7:45am, ommitting a crucial 15 minute period during which time, evidence existed to prove and establish that police found two dead bodies upon entry to the kitchen, one dead male and one dead female, and that the police surgeon and the coroners officer had by 7:42am, been contacted regarding the discovery of two bodies at the scene by that stage...

The Dickinson report deliberately sought to misdlead its intended reader, by suggesting that entry into the premises took place or occurred much later than it actually did, so that crucial information relating to the discovery of Sheila's body in the kitchen could be concealed and covered up, for the specific purpose of withholding the true facts surrounding how Sheila Caffell came to die inside the main bedroom upstairs?

Crucial police radio and communication messages, which were passed from the scene to the control room, at 7:37am, 7;38am, and 7:42am, were effectively taken out of the equation, by the tactics of the Dickinson report...

Having regard to these matters, it highlights how deep the conspiracy to cover up the true circumstances surrounding the death of Sheila Caffell at the scene, went and has gone, and continues to go on...

There were other aspects of the cover up which came to light in the Dickinson report, which involved the duties of very senior police officers at the scene, and later, which were not adequately explained. In particular, the role of The Divisional Commander of the Chelmsford Division, Chief Superintendant G. Harris, who gave ionstruction for Chief inspector Gibbons to be deployed to the scene with a view to taking command of the operation at the scene, but for some reason Chief inspector Gibbons did not arrive at the scene until 7:10am, which basically took him out of the equation regarding any possible verbal or visual contact with the occupants of the farmhouse. Chief Superintendant Harris did not arrive at the scene until 7:39am...

details of discussions between Chief Inspector Gibbons, Chief inspectior Harris, and DCI Jones, were conveniently not recorded at the scene, and for some peculiar reason cannot now be recalled by any of the senior officers involved...

According to the contents of the Dickinson report, senior officers, Chief Superintendent Harris, Chief Inspector Gibbons and Police Inspector Montgomery entered the farmhouse and were escorted around the scene by Police sergeant Woodcock - yet according to the contents of the police radio and communication log contents, two bodies had been found in the kitchen, and only three bodies found upstairs in the bedrooms (five dead in total)...

The contents of PS Woodcocks statement which originally had 13 pages was edited to exclude details of what had taken place when the armed police officers had first entered the kitchen. In total three pages of information were edited out of PS Woodcocks statement, resulting in it only having 10 pages, and one of these 10 pages, namely page 5, was typed out by use of a different typewriter than the main body of the statement...

Why was PS Woodcocks 13 page statement doctored at such a crucial stage of the proceedings?

It may not be just a coincidence that none of the armed police officers who entered the farmhouse, make any mention of the actual times when they entered the building, or any timed reference to their activities once they actually got inside, and to when the operation actually terminated or came to a conclusion?

Failure by any of these police officers to mention specific times when they carried out their duties at the scene, allowed the Dickinson report to move forward the actual time of entry into the building, from 7:30am, to 7:45am, thereby eliminating all the police radio and communication log entries which deal with the finding or the discovery of two dead bodies in the kitchen at 7:37am, 7:38am and 7:42am, respectively...
