There are a number of features to this case, which indicate in the strongest possible terms that Jeremy Bambers convictions are, and must be fundamentally wrong...

(1) the sighting of the figure at the bedroom window by two police officers and Jeremy Bamber himself, who were all outside the premises at the time of the sighting, at a time when someone who was very much still alive, was moving around inside the premises...

(2) The rifle which WPC Jeapes saw leaning up against the bedroom window at 7:15am, which ended up being photographed on top of Sheila's body by PC Bird at 10 O'clock that same morning - how had the gun moved from its original position at the window, onto the body between 7:15am and 10 O'clock?

(3) police found two bodies downstairs, and three bodies upstairs, at the scene, between 7:37am and 8:10am, which by the end of the police operation inside the house, turned into one body downstairs, and four bodies upstairs - no adequate explanation for the displacement of a female body from the kitchen downstairs, to the main bedroom upstairs, has been forthcoming from the police. If the police did not move the female body, then she must have moved herself, and this indicates that she was still alive at a time after the police entered the building at 7:30am, and that they mistakenly identified her as being dead.

(4) Pc Bird started to take photographs of Sheila's body in situ, which showed the rifle, which had originally been at the window, at around 7:15am, on her body. In addition, blood was photographed which was still fresh looking,, and wet which was at 10 O'clo,ck that mroning still pouring and running from two wounds upon her neck / throat and the corners of her mouth, consistent with her having been shot and killed a maximum of two hours beforehand - making it possible that Sheila could have been the figure seen at the bedoom window, by the police, and Jeremy, at around 4am, and also that Sheila could have taken possesion of the gun which was originally seen to be leaning up against the window, at round 7:15am, and that she was shot and killed at around or shortly after, 8am, that morning...

Having regard to these features, Jeremy Bamber could not have killed Sheila in the bedroom upstairs, and stage managed her body there, as alleged by the prosecutions case, becasue the police originally saw her alive in the bedroom, at the bedroom window, (4am) and they found her body downstairs in the kitchen, (7:37am) and she moved the gun from the bedroom window, at some stage after 7:15am, and was shot and killed by use of it, upstairs in the main bedroom, at some point, afterward...

If Sheila was shot and killed by the rifle which was moved from the bedroom window onto her body between 7:15am and 10 O'clock, then the police at the scene would have known whether or not, the silencer was fitted to the guns barrel at that stage...

For all these reasons, Jeremy Bambers convictions are unsafe, and should be set aside...

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have no doubt from speaking to Jeremy on many occasions about this incident, that the two police officers and himself were all convinced that they saw a person standing to the side of the bedroom window as they were walking in the grounds of the farmhouse, which caused them to hide behind a small retaining wall through fear of being spotted by the person in the bedroom. Jeremy told me that they were anxious that the person who was at the window did not see them, and that this was the reason why they tried to conceal themselves behind the wall. Jeremy told me that whilst they were observing this person, they saw it walk right across the opening of the bedroom window from right to left as they looked on, and out of sight to the left (from their vantage point in the grounds of the house). jeremy was left in no doubt that the police saw the figure and that they believed it to be a person, because as soon as the figure walked across the window and out of sight, the two police officers ran from the grounds to get back to the patrol car so that they could pass a message over the police radio, to the control room, to the effect that armed police should be called out to the scene, because of the possible use of firearms which were known to be kept inside the farmhouse...

The contents of that crucial radio message which the police passed from the scene to the control room immediately after the sighting of the figure at the bedroom window, is being deliberately concealed from Bamber and his legal team, because it is expected to establish that the claim now being made by the police, to the effect that it was just a shadow or a trick of light reflecting upon the glass of the window, is bogus...

Jeremy says it was not possible to say whether or not the figure he saw was a male or a female, he described the figure to me, by saying that it could have been anybody...

Linked to this matter, could be the fact that PC Myall, saw an unidentified Male at whf after he and the other police officers arrived there, which became the focus of much attention, and is mentioned as part of a major incident log, where the police were trying to identify many unidentified persons who they wanted to question in connection with the investigation - who was the unidentified man who PC Myall referred to, and can it be linked to the figure seen at the bedroom window?

The figure could have been anybody, according to jeremy, including Ralph Bamber, June Bamber, or Sheila Caffell?

It may not be just a coincidence that a rifle was later spotted to be leaning up against that same bedroom window, by WPC Jeapes after her arrival at the scene, at just after 7 O'clock...

Also, not to be dismissed is the fact that multiple spots of blood were found on the bedroom carpet in the region in front of the window in the main bedroom being spoken about. Is it possible that the figure seen by the police and Jeremy was in fact June Bamber who had been non fatally wounded whilst she laid in bed, and had got out of bed and moved around the room, before eventully being shot and killed at the bedroom doorway?

The presence of blood on the carpet, the silhoetted figure at the bedroom window and the rifle leaning against the same bedroom window, which was subsequently photographed on top of Sheila's body in the bedroom, establish beyond doubt that there must have been somebody alive inside the house after the arrival of the police at the scene, and in particular, after the armed police entered the farmhouse, at around 7:30am...
