Jeremy Bamber did not kill his sister, Sheila "Bambi" Caffell - she did not die until after the police entered the farmhouse, not before they did..

At 7:15am, that morning, WPC Julia Jeapes, a trained firearms instructor, saw a rifle that was leaning up against the main bedroom window from her vantage point in the grounds at whf, ironically, no other police officer had seen this rifle in that position, despite the house being kept under constant observation, from as early as 3:45am..

Two police officers and jeremy, had however, seen a silhouetted figure at the same window at about 3:55am..

The key feature of the sighting of the rifle at the bedroom window, before the armed officers entered the house at 7:30am, that same morning, was that by the time the police got upstairs to the main bedroom and reportedly discovered Sheila's body on the bedroom floor by the side of the bed, she had the gun on top of her body..

According to the police - there was only one gun found inside the main bedroom which contained the bodies of June Bamber, and Sheila Caffell, and that gun they say, was on top of Sheila's body..

How had that gun become moved from its original position at 7:15am, at the bedroom window, to be on top of Sheila's body by 8:30am, that same morning?

At 7:15am, the gun could not have been leaning up against the bedroom window and be on top of Sheila' body on the bedroom floor, it had to be one place or the other, and WPC Julia Jeapes statement, confirms that at 7:15am, the gun was not on Sheila's body, but rather - it was leaning against the bedroom window..

Who moved the gun from the window onto the body in the interim period?

Was it Sheila?

Was it the police?

Who killed Sheila Caffell with that gun?

The police?

Did Sheila take her own life by use of it?

One thing is for certain - and that is that Jeremy Bamber could not have killed her and stage managed her body by planting that rifle on top of her body to try to make it look like she had committed suicide. The gun ended up on Sheila's body after the armed police entered the house, not beforehand..

Jeremy Bamber is completely innocent..

Bone first challenges the state court’s conclusion that he was not prejudiced

This I suspect is the answer to the shootings but Jeremy Bamber, like many others in prison, must remain the fall guy in this particular case because NOTHING is allowed to cast doubt on the purported, but scientifically flawed, safety of billion $ annual drug profits.

When children no longer matter to drug manufacturers, adults who happen to be at a place that is convenient to defending millions of dollars of drug income, such as Jeremy Bamber, certainly do not.

They 'eat' children, women, men and all their lawyers for breakfast, they can afford it.
